So I want to break choice down into a few areas that are, as an individual, a choice that you make that might only impact yourself or a small group, or a choice that you're making that has broader impact and could impact a lot of other people in how we think about that.

So, as an executive, a leader within a company or director level, we can make choices that we know are right for the business, that are right for the individuals within the business as well as our clients.

Think of it as it relates to healthcare and as we're going through that process now for many people of choosing which plan do you want?
